Claudene Waterman (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Claudene Kay Waterman, daughter of Claude and Mina Lorene Wilson, was born February 2, 1959, in Lebanon, Missouri. She departed this life Sunday, February 17, 2019, in Lebanon South Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, in Lebanon, Missouri, at the age of sixty years, and fifteen days.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Ken Wilson and Bob Wilson; and two sisters, Marlene Welch and Darlene West.
Claudene is survived by three sons, Christopher Waterman, William Waterman, and Casey Deckard, all of Lebanon, Missouri; two brothers, Les Wilson, and Benny Wilson, both of Lebanon, Missouri; a sister, Pauline Pruitt of the State of Texas; several nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
She was born and raised in Lebanon, Missouri, and attended Lebanon Area Schools and it was in Lebanon where she lovingly raised her sons. In addition to being a devoted homemaker to her family, Claudene worked at Kentucky Fried Chicken and was a home health aide for a number of years. She had been a resident of Lebanon South Nursing and Rehabilitation Center the last few years.
She enjoyed being outdoors where she liked hunting, gathering mushrooms and collecting arrowheads. She also liked playing the slot machines while visiting the casinos. Claudene was passionate about helping others. Her family was very important to her and she loved spending time with her sons, brothers and sisters.
Claudene was a loving mother, sister, aunt, and was a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate her life and know that she will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all those who knew and loved her.
