Clyde was a wonderful friend. When I married his Uncle Vergil's stepson Roy he was always very warm and loving to me. He always had a smile on his face and wonderful stories to tell. I was saddened to hear of Clyde's passing. He was a very important part of my father's life (Robert Dean Taylor) and thus an important part of mine. Although we only met once when I was a child, he reached out to me after my father's death, and we have kept in touch ever since.
