Clysta Fay Parisien (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Clysta Fay Allen Parisien, daughter of Johnny and Betty Allen, was born April 14, 1959, in Kansas City, Missouri. She departed this life Sunday, January 6, 2013, in St. Vincent’s Hospital, in Little Rock, Arkansas, at the age of fifty-three years, eight months, and twenty-one days.
On August 8, 2006, she was united in marriage to Dana Parisien, and they shared the last six years.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Rick; and three sisters, Roberta, Patricia Sue, and Lorena.
Clysta is survived by her husband, Dana, of the home; two sons, Anthony Hall, of Lebanon, Missouri, and John Hall, of Grove Town, Georgia; two grandchildren, Henry and Oliver; a brother, Steve Allen, of Kansas City, Missouri; a sister, Vivian Shively, of Kansas City, Missouri; several nieces and nephews; a number of aunts and uncles, including, Myrtle Allen, Millie Allen, both of Lebanon, Missouri, Pauline McGuire, of Rayville, Missouri, and Kathrine Webster, and her husband, Leroy, of Kansas City, Missouri; lots of cousins; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
She was a resident of Missouri for many years, living in Kansas City, and then in the Lake of the Ozarks area. She later moved to Little Rock, Arkansas, where she met and married Dana. She enjoyed working with animals and in her garden. Most of all she loved her family, and especially her grandchildren.
Clysta rededicated her life to Christ and was a member of The Church at Rock Creek, in Little Rock, Arkansas.
She was a very strong person who had valiantly fought a rare form of cancer for the past year.
Her personal ethic of “do things right” shone through in her dedication to her family and friends. Clysta will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all those who knew and loved her.
