Colette Drinkall (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Colette Nadine Drinkall, daughter of Roy Vernon and Aleta June (Jessup) Clark was born August 14, 1957. She departed this life Wednesday, December 21, 2022 in her home at the age of sixty-five years, four months, and seven days.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Colette is survived by her step father, Don Jessup; her sons Roy Carpenter of Lebanon, Missouri and Woodrow Carpenter and wife Veronica, of Lebanon, Missouri; her grandchildren, Brittany, Paige, Jordan, Trenton, Jasmine, Destiny, Cody and Dylan; her great-grandchildren, Noella, Dean, Aspyn, Elijah, Elia, Journey, Ethan, Everett, Jace and Alana; as well as a host of other relatives and many friends.
Colette was raised in Kansas, Tennessee and Missouri. She graduated high school in Tennessee.
She was a woman of deep faith and loved serving her God.
Colette spent time working as a night auditor at Econolodge Hotel, and as a truck driver. She also ran a restaurant with her parents in Buffalo, Missouri and worked on a farm in Tennessee.
In her spare time, Colette enjoyed babysitting and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
She was an Elvis Fan and enjoyed visiting the flats of Kansas. She was also an avid crafter. Watching Hallmark Channel movies and raising white Westies were also a passion of hers.
Colette was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother and was a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate her life and accomplishments and will treasure the many wonderful memories she has created for her family and friends.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at Holman-Howe Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Ivey Cemetery.
A memorial has been established and donations may be made through the funeral home.
