Constance (Winsor) Klug (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Constance (Winsor) Klug, 94, Lebanon, passed away Saturday, February 1, 2014, in her home.
She was born February 19, 1919, in St. Louis, Missouri, to Samuel Harrison and Clara Lee (Tygart) Winsor, and was raised in the Richland, Missouri area.  After graduating from Richland High School, she attended Southwest Missouri State University in Springfield.
On June 14, 1942, she was united in marriage to John Robert Klug, and to this union two sons and three daughters were born.
She was a devoted homemaker to her husband and an extraordinary mother to her children.  She was always interested in following the lives of her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Constance was a longtime active member of St. Francis DeSales Catholic Church in Lebanon, and was very devout in her faith and service to the Lord.
She also belonged to the Libra Club, several bridge clubs, and had worked as a 4-H leader early in her life.
Constance is survived by two sons, John Klug, Jr. and his wife, Bernice, Denver, Colorado, and Harry Klug, and his wife, Joy, Hudson, Ohio; three daughters, Theresa Knapp Holtzclaw, and her husband, Fred, Clinton, Tennessee, Carolyn Gengelbach Marshall, and her husband, John, Columbia, and Margaret Scheperle, and her husband, Darrel, Ozark; fifteen grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
