Daniel Stidham (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Daniel Allen Stidham, son of Michael James and Marietta Sue Thomas Stidham, was born June 15, 1974, in Kansas City, Kansas. He departed this life Monday, May 13, 2019, in his home, in Lebanon, Missouri, at the age of forty-four years.
On May 6, 2018, he was united in marriage to Beverly Ann Deen, and they shared the last year.
Daniel is survived by his loving wife, Beverly, of the home; one daughter, Jealousy Stidham, of Monett, Missouri; six sons, Kalab Stidham, of Topeka, Kansas, Tyler Stidham, and his wife, Alyssa, of Lawrence, Kansas, Daniel Stidham, of Springfield, Missouri, Kyle Stidham, Gage Stidham, both of Granby, Missouri, and Dallas Stidham, of Lebanon, Missouri; two step-daughters, Kierani Louder, and Sha Sha Louder, both of the home; four grandchildren, Leon, Nick, and Bradley Stidham, and one on the way; his mother, Sue Pimetel, of Lebanon, Missouri; his father, Michael James Stidham, of Springfield, Missouri; a brother, Michael Soptick, and his wife, Tracy, of Wasilla, Alaska; a sister, Karrie Miles, of Lebanon, Missouri; an uncle, Bro Thomas, and his wife, Mae, of Kansas City, Kansas; several nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
He was raised in Seligman, Missouri, and graduated from Washburn High School. He continued to live in Seligman and worked as a cabinet maker for some time. He then managed the Roaring River State Park for a few years. He moved to Granby, Missouri, and then on to Lebanon, Missouri, where he was employed by Landau Boat Company.
In his spare time he enjoyed riding bicycles, and taking walks. He was a fan of NASCAR and the Kansas City Chiefs. He was a gifted woodworker and enjoyed cabinet making. He also was an awesome cook. His family was very important to him and he especially enjoyed his grandchildren.
Daniel was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle, and was a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate his life and know that he will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all those who knew and loved him.
