Danny Hopkins (Buffalo)'s Obituary
Danny Ray Hopkins, son of the late Bobbie Ray and Hester (Glenn) Hopkins, was born on August 18, 1951 in Springfield, Missouri and departed this life on April 10, 2018 in Buffalo, Missouri. At the time of his passing he was 66 years, 7 months and 25 days of age.
Danny was born in Springfield but raised in Strafford where he started his schooling. When he was 19 years old he joined the U.S Army where he served for two years. He loved to fish, paint and draw and gamble. At the time of his passing he was surrounded by his closest friends and family.
Danny was preceded in death by his biological parents; his step-mother, Betty Hopkins; one brother, Keith Hopkins; three nieces, Jonelle Tharp, Denise Tharp and Kaciann Cook; and one great nephew, Roger Walker. He is survived by his two brothers, Richard Hopkins and Mike (Melinda) Hopkins; three sisters, Judy Hashagen-Pickney, Vicky Tharp-Cook, and Angela Hopkins-Golden; eleven nephews; and 3 nieces. He also leaves many friends and family whom will all truly miss him.
