Danny Ray Houston (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Danny Ray Houston, son of Henry E. and Catherine Hitt Houston, was born June 22, 1955 in Vicksburg, Mississippi. He departed this life Monday, Dec. 12, 2022, in Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach, Missouri, at the age of sixty-seven years, five months and twenty days.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Wayne Houston.
Danny is survived by two daughters, Brandy Shetler and her husband, Greg, and Danielle Olin and her husband, Chris, all of Lebanon, Missouri; a son, Aaron Kellner of Lebanon, Missouri; four grandchildren, Dade, Colten, Marley and Astrid; two sisters, Cathy Yates of Mangum, Louisiana and Wilda MacDonald of Rayville, Louisiana; two brothers, Gerald Houston of Bastrop, Louisiana and Donnie Houston of Kansas City, Missouri; and a number of other relatives and friends.
Danny grew up in Louisiana and moved to Lebanon in the 1970’s. After moving to Lebanon, he worked at Detroit Tool and then began a car detailing business.
He loved his family dearly and his life rotated around them. He especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.
In his spare time, Danny liked riding his motorcycle, fishing and hunting. He had a good sense of humor and was a fun-loving guy.
Danny made many friends throughout his life. We celebrate his life and know his family and friends will treasure the wonderful memories he made with them during his lifetime.
