Darlene Burnham (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Darlene Burnham was born December 16, 1938 near Lebanon, Missouri, to her parents, Joey and Martha Reid. She passed away Sunday, May 17, 2026, in WEBCO Manor in Marshfield, Missouri at the age of eighty-seven years, five months and one day.
Darlene was raised in the Crossroads Community outside of Lebanon. When she was an adult, she moved to Kansas City where she lived most of her adult life. While in Kansas City, she was employed as a daycare provider for several years and was a homemaker.
Darlene later returned to Stoutland where she was a homemaker before moving to Lebanon.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Joey and Martha Reid; her sisters, Sylvia, Bonnie, Agnes and Gladys; and two brothers, Curt and Harold; and one great-grandchild, Canin Edwards.
Darlene is survived by her daughter, Debbie Johnston of Lebanon, Missouri; three grandchildren, Heather Dampier, Sara Johnston and Garrett Edwards, all of Lebanon, Missouri; great-grandchildren, Sierra Sherrell, Dakota Angst, Colt Stephenson, Josh Edwards, Carlea Kloeppel, Levi Edwards, Leethan Edwards, and Owen Edwards; nine great-great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
Darlene was active at First Assembly of God church. She loved God and her faith was very important to her.
Darlene will be remembered for her gift of growing beautiful flowers and taking good care of her home. Her life was a testament to the values of love, compassion, and kindness. She leaves behind a legacy of love that will continue to inspire all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Graveside service for Darlene Burnham will be Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at 2 p.m. at Crossroads Cemetery in Lebanon. Visitation will be held at Holman-Howe Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, from 1 - 1:45 p.m.
A memorial has been established and donations may be left at the funeral home.
