Darlene Lucille Dugger (Hartville)'s Obituary
Lucille Darlene Dugger daughter of Pless and Mary Walker Coffman, was born November 29, 1938 in Hartville, Missouri. She departed this life Saturday, September 12, 2015 in her home at the age of seventy-six years, nine months, and fourteen days.
On January 25, 1960, Lucille was united in marriage to R.G. Dugger and to this union four children were born.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, R.G.; a son, Roger Dugger; grandson, Clinton Rawlings, Jr.; ten brothers; and three sisters.
Lucille is survived by a daughter, Sue Rawlings and husband Clinton, of Billings, Missouri; two sons, Rex Dugger and wife Elaine of Hartville, Missouri and Harlen Dugger and wife Cathy, of Hartville, Missouri; thirteen grandchildren; twenty-four great-grandchildren; a number of nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and many dear friends.
Lucille spent most of her younger years living in the Coon Creek area and attended Coon Creek and Hartville Schools.
She had worked as a seamstress for H.D. Lee for twenty-two years until her retirement.
Lucille was baptized early in her life at Coon Creek Church and faithfully attended Hill Top Pentecostal Church later in life.
Lucille enjoyed doing needlepoint, making bible verse quilts for her grandchildren, baking, canning, and spending time with her great-grandchildren.
Lucille was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and aunt, and was a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate her life and accomplishments and will treasure the many wonderful memories she has created for her family and many dear friends.
