We pray that God gives you strength and comfort during this difficult time and in the months ahead. Wished we could have been at the funeral, but I wasn't able to get off of work. He was a wonderful man and put up with us a lot at your house when we were younger!

It is never easy to lose a loved one, and we are never sure what to or do to bring comfort. David is at last rejoined with your mother, his parents, other family and friends. He will remain as close as the memories in your hearts and minds. At least for this little while, forget the distractions of what is going on around you, and let the love of those around you bring comfort.
I wish we could be there, as he and your mother were for my own mother, but Freds health is an issue right now. Our thoughts and warm wishes for you and yours.
