David Parnell (Lebanon)'s Obituary
David Lee Parnell, son of Lonnie R. and Virginia L. Newman Parnell, was born May 6, 1961, in Kansas City, Missouri. He departed this life Thursday, December 20, 2012, in Mercy Hospital, in Lebanon, Missouri, at the age of fifty-one years, seven months, and fourteen days.
He was preceded in death by his father; and his maternal grandmother, Peggy Sanchez.
David is survived by two daughters, Kim and Amanda, of Kansas City, Missouri; a son, Matthew, of Kansas City, Missouri; two grandchildren; his mother, Virginia Lamanno, of Lebanon, Missouri; a brother, Richard Parnell, and his wife, Robin, of Kansas City, Missouri; a sister, Barbara Michelle Jett, of Lebanon, Missouri; three nephews, Josh, Jason, and Jacob; an aunt, Chris Johnson, and her husband, Wayne; two uncles, Harold McKee, and Filiberto Sanchez; several cousins; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
He was born and raised in the Kansas City, Missouri area. He worked in the building construction business in Kansas City, and in Lebanon for a number of years.
He was a kind person who was always willing to help others. He enjoyed life and liked to have a good time. He also liked to grow plants in his spare time.
David will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by his family and all those who knew and loved him.
