David Rogers Lebanon)'s Obituary
David Ray Rogers, son of Roma and Mary Ward Rogers, was born on May 27, 1962, in Lebanon, Missouri. He departed this life Sunday, September 3, 2017, in his home, near Lebanon, Missouri, at the age of fifty-five years, three months and six days.
Early in his life, he was united in marriage to Judy Lynn Hart, and to this union one daughter and one son were born.
He was preceded in death by his father; and his wife Judy, in 2007.
David was survived by his mother, Mary Rogers, of Lebanon, Missouri; his daughter, Lenora Lowery, of Lebanon, Missouri; his son, Dale Lewis of Rader, Missouri; six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; three brothers, Clifford Rogers, Ronnie Rogers, and Joey Rogers, all of Lebanon, Missouri; four sisters, Juanita Rogers, Jonitta Jones, Lisa Rogers, and Christy Rogers, all of Lebanon, Missouri; several nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
He was born and raised in the Lebanon area. He worked in construction most of his life doing concrete work until becoming disabled. In addition to spending quality time with his family he enjoyed cutting wood and being outdoors. He also liked watching television, particularly sitcoms. His family was very important to him and he especially enjoyed his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
David was a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle and was a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate his life and his accomplishments and know that his family and friends will treasure the wonderful memories he made for them during his lifetime.
