David Warson (Bolivar)'s Obituary
David William Warson of Niceville, FL, passed away Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at the age of 62 at Fort Walton Beach Medical Center.
David was born on September 21, 1953 in Kansas City, Kansas to Eugene and Norma Warson. In 1973 he joined the U. S. Army and worked with heavy equipment until he was honorably discharged in 1976. David married the love of his life, Kathy Jean Prisock on June 17, 1978 and to this union, they had two beautiful daughters; Elizabeth and Jennifer, who were his pride and joy, aside form his grandsons. David was a distributions manager for Sprint for 22 years which gave his family plenty of opportunities to travel and see several states.
David and his family moved to Niceville in June 2001 where he continued to reside until his death. Dave was a great man who was always there to lend a helping hand and a good prank or two when he thought we needed it. He was a loving husband, father, Papa and uncle and will be greatly missed.
David is survived by his wife Kathy of the home, two daughters, Elizabeth (Jared) of Crestview, FL and Jennifer of Niceville, FL; four grandsons, Donavin and Kelton of Crestview and Tanner and Bennet of Niceville; two brothers, Lonnie Warson of Collins, MO and Mark Warson of Weaubleau, MO; three sisters-in-law, Sandra (Alan) Soong of California, Sheila (Neil) Smith of Florida, Karmen (Mark) Bittick of Georgia; a brother-in-law, Rick Prisock of Defuniak Springs; Mother and Father-in-law Gene and Edna Prisock of Aliceville, Alabama who loved him like a son; a special friend that was like a sister, Diane Wedow of Kansas and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
Preceding him in death are both of his parents, Gene and Norma; his beloved little sister, Christina Joi and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Services will be on Saturday November 21, 2015 at 2 PM at the Niceville Church Of Christ and another service on Tuesday, November 24th at 6:30 PM at Collins Christian Church in Collins, MO. Burial will be at a later date at the Humansville Cemetery in Humansville, MO by his parents and sister.
