David Williams' Obituary
David Lawrence Williams, son of Charles Edwin and Mary Eddie Canada Davis, was born August 3, 1944, in El Paso, Texas. He departed this life October 30, 2006, in his home, in Reno, Nevada, at the age of sixty-two years, two months, and twenty-seven days. On July 10, 1972, he was united in marriage to Marcie Acorda, and to this union a daughter was born. He was preceded in death by his father; his wife, Marcie, on October 5, 1981; and a grandson, Jason Hellbusch, Jr. David is survived by his daughter, Debbie Hellbusch, and her husband, Jason, of Forney, Texas; his two grandchildren, Presley and Beau Hellbusch; his mother, Mary Davis, of Mansfield, Missouri; three sisters, Debbie Goff, of Mansfield, Missouri, Arlene Tyhanic, of Mansfield, Missouri, Carol Snyder, of Paso Robles, California; a number of nieces and nephews, as well as a host of other relatives and friends. He was raised in Texas and after graduating from high school, he joined the United States Air Force, where he served his country faithfully for twenty years. He was honorably discharged on August 1, 1982, with a rank of tech sergeant. He cherished his family and loved spending time with them. He was known as a quiet, shy person who enjoyed his solitude. His soft-hearted, soft-spoken personality, found him friendly to many. In his spare time he enjoyed working on the computer, listening to music, singing with his family, and making people laugh. David was a kind and loving person who will be greatly missed. His memory will live in our hearts forever. We celebrate his life and his accomplishments and will treasure the memories he created for his family and friends. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 22, 2006, in Little Creek Church, West of Hartville. Burial will be in Little Creek Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Hartville, Missouri.
