Deborah Gaye Ward (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Deborah Gaye Ward was born October 13, 1951 in Lebanon, Missouri and departed this life Friday, Sept. 20, 2019 in Lebanon North Nursing & Rehab. She was 67 years, 11 months and eight days.
Deborah was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Lou Sloan; a sister, Pam Ipock and a half-brother, Andy Sloan.
She is survived by a special friend, Scott McCollum of Lebanon; two daughters, Jamie Walhgren and Heather Ward, both of St. Louis, Missouri; a brother, Jerry Chastain of Lebanon, a sister, Jan Morgan of Lebanon, a half-sister, Ann Sloan Perkins of Buffalo, Missouri, several nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
She was born and raised in Lebanon, Missouri and graduated from Lebanon High School in the Class of 1969. She was a beautiful alto singer and loved to sing gospel and old country songs. She loved everyone and never met a stranger.
We celebrate her life and know she will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all those who knew and loved her.
Private Services and Burial in New Hope Cemetery, near Russ, MO, will be held at a later date under the care and direction of Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Lebanon, Missouri.
