Debra K. Stover's Obituary
Debra Kay Stover, daughter of Willard and Louise Smith Wingo, was born February 25, 1954 in Houston, Missouri. She departed this life Tuesday, January 29, 2008 in Cox Medical Center South, Springfield, Missouri at the age of fifty-three years, eleven months, and four days. On October 5, 1987 she was united in marriage to Gary Stover and together they have shared the past twenty years. Debra was preceded in death by her parents; and her grandparents Nell and C.O. Wingo and Walter and Ivy Smith. She is survived by her husband Gary, of the home; four sons, Willard Henry and his wife, Tamika, of Ava, Missouri, Gregory Henry and his companion, Christina Pharris, David Henry and his companion, Susanne Dobbs, and Bradley Henry and his wife, Tracy, all of Mansfield, Missouri; sixteen grandchildren; one sister, Glenda Lara, of Mansfield, Missouri; three half-sisters, Sheila Bell, of Ava, Missouri, Sherry Kachmaryk, of Hartville, Missouri, and Sheila Jean Mabe, of Mountain Grove, Missouri; a half-brother, Mitch Bell, of Mansfield, Missouri; two uncles, Clifford Wingo, of Mansfield, Missouri, and Clay Wingo, of Lebanon, Missouri; two aunts, Wilma Rains and her husband, Paul, and Leona Smith, all of Mansfield, Missouri; a host of other family and many dear friends. Debra was raised in Mansfield and had attended Mansfield High School. She had spent time working at Mercy Hospital in Mansfield and was also a homemaker. She had accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior and was a member of the Mansfield First Baptist Church. In her spare time, Debra enjoyed decorating her home and spending time with family and friends. Debra was a loving wife, mother, sister and niece, and was a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate her life and accomplishments and cherish the wonderful memories she has created for her family and many dear friends. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, February 2, 2008, in the Holman-Howe Chapel, Mansfield. Burial will be in the Mansfield Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday evening from 7 - 8:00 p.m. under the direction of Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Mansfield, Missouri.
