Dennis Dismang (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Dennis Lavone Dismang, son of Lowell R. and Melvina J. Richardson Dismang, was born August 31, 1958, in Lebanon, Missouri. He departed this life Monday, September 24, 2018, in Mercy Hospital, in Lebanon, Missouri, at the age of sixty years, and twenty-three days.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Connie K. Dismang; and a brother, Gary Dismang.
Dennis is survived by four daughters, Nicole Young, and her husband, Randy, of Bolivar, Missouri, Deanna Dismang, of Lebanon, Missouri, Stephanie Burns, and her husband, Robert, of Tunas, Missouri, and Shawna Dismang, of Lebanon, Missouri; two sons, Dennis L. Dismang, Jr., and his wife, Jennifer, of Lebanon, Missouri, and Robert Dismang, and his wife, Angie, of Tunas, Missouri; fifteen grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two brothers, Glen Dismang, and his wife, Louetta, of Lebanon, Missouri, and Rick Dismang, and his wife, Jeanie, of Conway, Missouri; three sisters, Brenda Marks, of Lebanon, Missouri, Rose Torrence, and her husband, Lou, of Kaiser, Missouri, and Evelyn Dismang, of Lebanon, Missouri; a number of nieces and nephews; a special friend, Geneva Stowe, of Lebanon, Missouri; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
He lived most of his life in the Lebanon and Long Lane areas and had worked as a farmer early in his life. He had been employed by the City of Lebanon Parks and Recreation Department for a number of years. He had also worked in association with the Sammy Dismang Auction Company.
He greatly enjoyed race cars, racing, and attending races. He was also a big St. Louis Cardinal Baseball fan. His family was very important to him and he especially enjoyed having time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Dennis was a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, and was a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate his life and know that his family and friends will treasure the wonderful memories he made for them during his lifetime.
A memorial has been established and contributions may be left at the funeral home.
