Destiny Renee Smith, infant daughter of Joshua Brian Smith and Dava Lywn Welch of Bolivar, Missouri passed away on Thursday, January 7, 2010 at Cox South Medical Center in Springfield, Missouri. Survivors include her parents, Paternal Grandmother, Kristine Godfrey of Bolivar, Missouri, Maternal Grandparents, Elaine Welch of Bolivar, Missouri and John & Myra Welch of Branson, Missouri, three Brothers, Dawson Ifland, Ian Smithson and Gavin Smith all of Bolivar, Missouri. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00pm, Tuesday, January 19, 2010 at the Butler Funeral Home in Bolivar, Missouri with Reverend Jim Johnson of Brighton Highway Assembly of God Church officiating. Musical selections will be Homesick by MercyMe and When I Get Where I'm Going by Brad Paisley and Dolly Parton.
