Devan Stidham's Obituary
Devan Alyssa Stidham, daughter of Wendell Gene and Ruth Ann Albers Stidham, was born January 3, 1994, in Osage Beach, Missouri. She departed this life Saturday, April 11, 2009, near her home in Camdenton, Missouri, at the age of fifteen years, four months, and eight days. She was preceded in death by her mother Ruthie, on August 25, 2002. She is survived by her father, Wendell, of the home; one sister Jaimie Stidham, of Camdenton; two brothers, Derek Stidham, from out of state, and Michael Stidham, of Camdenton; her paternal grandmother, Dora Stidham, of Camdenton; three uncles, Forrest Stidham and Stanley Stidham, both of Camdenton, and Rick Albers and his wife, Karey, of South Dakota; a host of other relatives and many dear friends. Devan spent her entire life in the Camdenton area and was attending Camdenton High School where she was active in the local chapter of the FFA. She had accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior and was a member of Graceland Church, in Camdenton. Devan was a fun loving girl with a passion for life. She was very sensitive and had a great passion for animals. Devan was a loving daughter, sister, and granddaughter. Although our time with her was cut short, the memories we have of her will live on in our hearts. She was loved by many and will be missed by all. Services will be at 2:00 pm on Wednesday April 15, 2009 at the Graceland Church in Camdenton, Missouri.Burial will be in the Hopewell Cemetery. Visitation is Tuesday evening 5-7:00 pm at the funeral home under the direction of the Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home Camdenton, Missouri.
