Diana Gayle Wheeler (Camdenton)'s Obituary
Diana Gayle Wheeler, daughter of Clifford Bolling, Sr. and Alphea Bolling, was born February 19, 1957 in Kansas City, Missouri. She departed this life Friday, January 13, 2023 in her home at the age of sixty-five years, ten months and twenty-five days.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Clifford and Steve Bolling.
Diana is survived by her fiancé, Jimmy Nichols of Camdenton, Missouri; her children, John Wheeler of Overland Park, Kansas, Misty Wheeler of Camdenton, Missouri, Max Wheeler of Camdenton, Missouri, Jeremy Nichols of Gainesville, Missouri and Joshua Nichols of Blue Springs, Missouri; her grandchildren, Crystal Wheeler, John Wheeler, Jr., Hunter Nichols and Sierra Nichols; great-grandchildren, Azrael and Damien Wheeler; her sister LeAnn Giggar of Kansas City, Missouri; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
Diana spent her younger years living in North Kansas City and worked as a waitress and bartender at various restaurants in the Kansas City area. She moved to the Lake of the Ozarks in 2000 and continued to work as a waitress.
She was an avid Kansas City Chiefs fan and never missed a chance to watch a game and cheer them on. She loved listening to music and attending concerts. When she wasn’t watching the Chiefs or attending a concert, she enjoyed playing Bingo.
Diana was a very loving and supportive mom to her family. She cherished the time spent with her children and grandchildren and was very proud of her family.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 pm Friday, January 20, 2023 in the Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home in Camdenton, Missouri. Visitation will be from 1:00 pm until service time Friday in the funeral home. Burial will be at a later date in Mount Washington Cemetery, Kansas City, Missouri. Memorial donations to the family may be left at the funeral home or mailed to Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home at 15 Clint Ave, Camdenton, Missouri 65020.
