Donald E. Mead (Camdenton)'s Obituary
Donald Eugene Mead, passed away on May 17, 2022 at the age of 75, at his home in Camdenton, Missouri, of a heart attack.
Donald was born in Carrol County, Missouri, Carrollton, Missouri, to Anna L. Dodd and John E. Mead. Donald’s Siblings were brothers, Jessie Mead and Gerald Mead.
Donald was still very active and loving life. Donald was still employed and working up to the day of his death. Donald was employed at Jones Tile, which he loved and talked about often, calling them his family.
Donald was also a member of the United States Navy, which he proudly served.
Donald’s hobbies were his guitar and mostly spending time with family and friends, he simply loved people. Donald was also a member of the Climax Springs Assembly of God, where he also loved playing his guitar and singing. Donald was survived by his two sons, Ricky Mead of Blue Springs, Missouri and Scott and wife Marsha Mead of Butler, Missouri; grandchildren, Tiffani, Blake, Trevor and Baylor Mead; great-grandchildren, Kaden, Camden, Mollie and Dale Mead.
There will be a small celebration of life at Donald’s Church, Climax Springs Assembly of God, Sunday, May 22, 2022 from 12:30-2:00. In lieu of flowers, please make a memorial contribution to the Climax Springs School Booster Club in Don’s Memory.
