He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle and a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate his life and his accomplishments and will treasure his generous nature, good humor and the memories he created. He will be greatly missed and our love goes with him, but there are far, far better things ahead than any he leaves behind. Life never ends it only changes. So we give him back to you, dear Lord, who first gave him to us and as you did not lose him in the giving, we will not lose him in the return.
In lieu of flowers, Donald had asked that gifts of condolence be sent to the Samaritan Fund of Our Savior's Lutheran Church. They may be left at the funeral home of the church the day of the service.
