Donald Gene Tidwell (Bolivar)'s Obituary
Donald Tidwell, 88 of Springfield, Mo passed away Friday October 14, 2016.
Donald was known throughout his entire life as a hard worker. He owned and operated his own business, Pipe Suppliers, for 35 years before selling it to retire in 2003. Don enjoyed getting up every morning and going to work. He demanded in himself working as hard as he could, and demanded the same from his employees.
When Don retired, he spent his new found time doing the thing he loved most: fishing. Over the past 13 years he could be found wherever the fish were biting.
Don is survived by his son, Donald Gene Tidwell II; two grandsons, Dustin and Dalton Tidwell. There will be a visitation held from 4:30- 7:30 PM at Donald Sr. House Wednesday, October 19, 2016. Will burial 11:00 AM Thursday, October 20, 2016 at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery, Springfield, MO
