She was preceded in death by her father; her husband, Joe, on October 19, 2011; a daughter, Michelle Gilmore; a granddaughter, Crystal Gilmore; a grandson, Noah Ibarra; and two brothers, Wayne and Dennis Marler.

She was born into a military family and traveled around the country wherever her father was stationed. After she and Joseph were married, they made their home in various locations while Joe was serving in the military. Later, they lived in Virginia for several years. Donna was a devoted homemaker to her husband and family throughout the years. She moved to Lebanon, Missouri seven years ago.
Her life rotated around her family and she always put everyone ahead of herself. She enjoyed eating boiled peanuts and especially liked southern food. Her family was very dear to her and she especially enjoyed her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She particularly liked attending her granddaughter Izzy’s soccer and basketball games.
Donna was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, and was a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate her life and know that her family and friends will cherish the wonderful memories she created for them during her lifetime.
