Donna Sue Young (Hartville)'s Obituary
Donna Sue Young, daughter of Lenzy Jay Washington and Marylou Wheeler, was born July 14, 1963, in Mansfield, Missouri. She departed this life Thursday, June 23, 2016, at Cox Medical Center South in Springfield, Missouri, at the age of fifty-two years, eleven months, and nine days.
Donna was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers Donald Wheeler and Dennis Moore; and her granddaughter, Audrey Lynn Moore.
She is survived by her former husband, Abel John Young of Ava, Missouri; her two sons, Kenneth D. Moore Jr., of Hartville, Missouri and Lenzy J. Elvis Wheeler and his wife Sarah, of Ava, Missouri; her daughter, Mistyrae A. Young, of Ava, Missouri; her three sisters, Delores Norman, of Mountain Grove, Missouri, Debbie Drown and her husband Gary, of West Plains, Missouri, and Dorris Hall and her husband Jerry, of Mansfield, Missouri; her two brothers, Doug Moore and his wife Amy of Hartville, Missouri and Dickey Moore and his wife Velma Moore, of Mansfield, Missouri; her granddaughter, Paige Moore; her close friend, Jennifer Bradshaw, mother of Paige; four stepchildren; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
She was born in Mansfield, Missouri where she spent most of her life. She attended Mansfield High School where she met and made many friends. She loved yard sales and always wanted to lend a helping hand whenever she could. She had a big heart and always had room for another in her life.
Donna loved and cherished her kids and grandchildren dearly. She always put everyone else first no matter the circumstance. She always lent a helping hand whenever she could and made sure the family and friends around her were loved and cared for.
Donna was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and was a caring neighbor and friend. She will be greatly missed and will forever live in our hearts. We will treasure the memories she created for her family and friends.
Graveside services will be held Monday June 27th 2016 in Pleasant Hill Cemetery at 10495 A M highway, Mtn. Grove ,Mo. (Texas County)
