Dorothy Beckman (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Dorothy May Beckman, daughter of Robert Herman and Dora Christina Kunz Schriner, was born February 26, 1926 in Lincoln, Nebraska. She departed this life, Saturday, February 2, 2013 in St John's Hospital at eighty-seven years of age.
Survivors include one daughter, Susan Kottwitz and husband Gary of Phillipsburg, Missouri; her brother Robert A Schriner and wife Delores of Bennet, Nebraska; nieces and nephews, Nancy Reinhard and husband Keith of Elizabeth, Colorado, Kenny Schriner and wife Billie of Bennett Nebraska, Keith Schriner and fiance Jana of Adams, Nebraska, and Linda Busch and husband Dean of Adams, Nebraska.
Dorothy was a member of Nu Phi Mu Business Sorority and the Electra Chapter of Eastern Star of Lincoln, Nebraska; Sorosis Women's Club of Springfield, Mo. and the Lebanon United Methodist Church.
During her life, Dorothy lived in Lincoln, Omaha and Norfolk, NE; Worthington and Moorhead, MN; Overland Park, Ks: Burlington, IA; Littleton, Co; Fargo, ND; West Bend, WI; Springfield and Lebanon, MO. She enjoyed gardening, playing bridge, bird watching and her little dog Andy.
