Dorothy Deepe's Obituary
Dorothy Lee Deepe, age 79, of Halfway, Missouri passed away at 10:00am, Monday, March 16, 2009 at Citizen’s Memorial Hospital in Bolivar, Missouri. She was born November 1, 1929 in LaPorte, Indiana to Ray Patrie and Marie Patrie. Dorothy was a factory worker doing welding and working with bench presses, and then was a bus girl working at a truck stop. She was a hard worker to provide for her family’s need. She was preceded in death by a son; Randy William Deepe and a brother; Harold Patrie. Dorothy is survived by her five daughters; Linda Luck of Bristol, Indiana, Diane Higgins and her husband Howard of Seymour, Missouri, Connie Jensen and her husband Billy of Three Rivers, Michigan, Kathern Freed and her husband Keith of Elkhart, Indiana, Ronda Skelton and her husband Tom of Halfway, Missouri, 9 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. A Graveside Funeral Service will be held at 2:30pm, Friday, March 20, 2009 at the St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park Cemetery in Granger, Indiana with Pastor Anita Kehr officiating under the care and direction of the Butler Funeral Home in Bolivar, Missouri. The family suggests contributions to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105-1942.
