Dorothy J. Janssen, age 86, longtime resident of Humansville, was taken to the Lord on Saturday, July 29, 2017.
Dorothy was born on September 14, 1940, in Wewoka, Oklahoma, to Annabelle and Daniel Sweeney. Dorothy was married to Gerald Brown, and together had four children. Dorothy later married Dennis Janssen, and they made their home in Humansville.
Dorothy is survived by: her husband, Dennis Janssen; children, Gary Brown, Jerry Brown and his wife Jan, Rick Brown, and Tammy Brown.
A visitation will be held from 12:00 – 2:00 pm on Monday, July 31, 2017, at the Butler Funeral Home, in Humansville.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm, Monday, July 31, 2017, at the Butler Funeral Home, in Humansville, with burial to follow at the Humansville Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, care of the Butler Funeral Home, in Humansville, Missouri.
