Dorothy Webster (Camdenton)'s Obituary
Dorothy Irene Webster, daughter of Claude Elmer and Delphia Lou Rogers Sousley, was born, July 15, 1926 in Roach, Missouri. She departed this life, Monday, February 25, 2013, in Windsor Estates Care Center, Camdenton, Missouri at the age of eighty-six years, seven months and ten days.
On January 18, 1958, she was united in marriage to Malcolm “Mac” Webster. Together they shared thirty-three years marriage until his passing on August 5, 1991.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Sherman Sousley and a nephew, Timothy Sousley.
Survivors include a nephew, Terry Sousley and wife Sherry of Camdenton, Missouri and other relatives and many friends.
Dorothy was raised in Hugo, Missouri and attended school there. She was a life-long resident of Camden County. She and Mac owned and operated Webster Express for over thirty-five years. She assisted her husband by being a dedicated wife and helpmate as he served as Mayor of Camdenton.
Dorothy made a profession of faith and was a member of Camdenton First Assembly of God Church. She loved her church and was always willing to help with church activities. She was a hard worker and liked staying busy. She had compassion to help other people. Her smile and warm personality always made those around her feel good.
She was a loving aunt and a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate her life and her accomplishments and will treasure the memories she created for her family and friends.
Memorial donations may be made to a fund established to assist the family and left at the funeral home.
