I haven't been able to accept Mike's death yet. From talking to Terry months ago, I knew that this day would come, as it will for all of us. The world is a much better place because Dr. Mike McDonald walked upon it. His role-model in life was Jesus Christ and out of all of the people that I know, Mike exemplified the spirit of Christ more than any other man on earth. My son, Matthew Cazenave, called me yesterday deeply hurting and weeping because Mike is gone. Mike touched so many lives. He was such a great man. He is what all physicians should be. He was a friend, minister, brother, medical missionary, healer and servant. Matthew 25:21 (KJV), "21 His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant...". Psalm 116:15 (KJV), "15 Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints."
