Earlene Moore (Bolivar)'s Obituary
Earlene Moore, 80 of Bolivar, MO passed away peacefully on Monday, March 6, 2023, at Citizens Memorial Healthcare Facility in Bolivar, MO.
Earlene was born on May 11, 1942, in Caruthersville, MO. After college, Earlene entered the education profession, teaching second grade for 27 years for the Harrison County School District in Gulfport, MS.
After retirement and the passing of her husband, Earlene moved to Springfield, MO to be closer to family.
When it wasn’t possible for Earlene to live independently any longer, she moved to CMHCF. Earlene truly enjoyed CMHCF and made several friends over the last seven years.
A devout Catholic, Earlene would still receive Holy Communion while residing at CMHCF. She is preceded in death by her parents, and husband, William Moore.
Survivors include her brother, Billy Stanfill and his wife, Carolyn, Reagan, TN, sisters, Jarolyn Butler of Bolivar, MO, Carolyn Boyle and her husband, Patrick of Springfield, MO, Becki Moore and her husband, Billy of Gulfport, MS; niece, Amanda Snowden and her husband, Jeremy of Perkinston, MS; along with several other family and friends.
A visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Thursday, March 9, 2023 at Butler Funeral Home in Bolivar, MO.
