Edith Gannaway (Bolivar)'s Obituary
Edith Gannaway, 91, Of Humansville, Missouri, died Tuesday, November 27, 2018, at Northwood Hills Care Center, Humansville, Missouri.
Edith was born in Collins, MO on July 30, 1927 to Robert and Nora Greathouse. She grew up and went to school in the Humansville, MO. She Married Raymond Gannaway and the couple were married for 72 years before Raymond's passing in January of 2016. The couple owned and operated Gannaway Pump Service. In there later years the couple would spend their winters in Texas to avoid the chilly Missouri winters.
Edith is preceded in death by her husband, Raymond and her parents. She is survived by her children, Sharon Gannaway of Humansvile, MO, and Lorene Sinclair and her husband Jack of Beaver Falls, PA.; five grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and other family members.
There will be a graveside service at 2:00 PM Friday, November 30, 2018 at the Greenwood Cemetery in Bolivar, MO.
