Edward E Haynes (Bolivar)'s Obituary
Edward Eugene Haynes, age 83, of Morrisville, passed away Wednesday morning, on June 24, 2015 at his home, in Morrisville. He is the son of Wayne and Myrtle (Poynor) Haynes, and was born on February 8, 1932, in New Madrid, Missouri.
On October 16, 1954 in Collinsville Illinois, Edward married the love of his life, Janet Magnetti and to this union three children were born; Cindy, Mike, and Sharon.
Edward retired from the United States Air Force after 23 years of service. After retirement he worked at the Bolivar Herald Free Press, and then in later years was a security guard at the University Plaza, in Springfield, MO.
He was a very active member of the Masonic Lodge, Shriners and American Legion.
He is preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Wayne and grandson Joseph Wayne Bodenhamer.
Surviving Edward is his wife, Janet Haynes, of Morrisville; two daughters; Sharon Genovese of Bolivar, MO; Cindy Bodenhamer and husband, Randy of Morrisville, MO; One son; Mike Haynes, and wife Barb, of Morrisville, MO; Ten grandchildren, Jessica Lightfoot, and husband Douglas, Bethany Marshall, and husband Brandon, Avery Genovese, Tanner Genovese, Nicholas Genovese, and Faith Genovese, Elijah Gilden, Ryan Gilden, Ty Haynes, Samantha Brown and her husband Jesse; two great grandchildren, Brody and Anna Beth Lightfoot.
