As long as I have a memory, there's been an Ed Bellinghausen. A gentle soul who would light up with laughter at the drop of a hat. He was always like that awesome uncle we in the neighborhood loved to see. He's resting gloriously in our Father's arms, and he's smiling down with Judy. Love you guys to pieces, and I'm as sorry as I can be.
I remember Uncle Ed, Uncle Joe and Dad laughing at a joke or funny family story that they would remind each other of as we would gather at Bellinghausen family reunions.
I imagine them playing golf together. I am thinking of you, Tammy and Tony and your families, on this Easter Day, knowing how hard it is to lose a father. Dad's are special people in our lives, and your dad was one of the best. We send you our love and prayers. Hugs to you all, Janet and family
Although we don't get to Lebanon as often as we would like.we have really missed Judy these past years. I always enjoyed talking to Ed as he passed by on his way to the mail box. Too many people from our little trailer park have left us in the short time we've been there. The gatherings at Gary and Shirley's trailer give us a lot of good memories.

With my deepest sympathy for the entire Bellinghausen Family,
Ed was a good man who truly loved his family. He will be missed by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. But most of all, he was reunited with the joy of his life, Judy.
I'm sure she met him at heaven's gate with open arms. Ed as a generous and loyal friend to all who knew him.
I will truly miss our holiday visits and phone conversations. They were times we shared our memories that usually ended with a good memory of Judy.
May your soul and all the souls of heaven rest in peace with our Lord Jesus Christ.
Your friend,
Rosemary
Home now with the love of his life, Judy.
Ed was a very sweet and kind man! Always had a smile for you! God bless him!
I am so sorry for your loss. Haven't seen any of you for ages. I am Judy's Aunt from Aurora, Illinois. Judy's always was first Christmas card we received and Ed continued the tradition after she was gone. God's blessings with the whole family. Ileene Newsome

Uncle Ed was a gentle soul who was patient, kind and very much devoted to family. I remember him at our Bellinghausen family gatherings, willingly listening to all of us kids tell our stories---definitely the same stories multiple times! But he smiled and laughed at them every time.
I will think of him fondly, just as I do Dad, every time I cast my line in Bennett Springs. Our love and prayers of comfort to Tammy, Tony and the rest of the family.
Love,
Ted & Karen (Bellinghausen) Palmer
