Eldon "Maurse" Boggs, Jr. (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Eldon “Maurse” Boggs, Jr. of Lebanon, Missouri passed away in his home Sunday, April 30, 2023. He was born December 11, 1962 in Kansas City, Missouri to Eldon Boggs, Sr. and Ellen Hicks. He was sixty years, four months and nineteen days old at the time of his passing.
Maurse, as he was known by to family and friends, lived most of his life in the Conway and Lebanon, Missouri area. He attended Conway Schools.
He attended church at Fellowship Baptist church and it was there he professed his faith in Jesus Christ. For the past several years, Maurse had attended Community Baptist Church.
On May 29, 1982, Maurse was married to Kim Christiansen and together they shared the joys and sorrows of life and marriage for almost 41 years. They were blessed with four sons.
He worked at Lowe Boats in boat assembly and shipping for many years. He loved tinkering with computers and other equipment. He was always curious as to how things worked. He also was involved with operating his ham radio and he enjoyed the friendships he made through this hobby.
Maurse was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Brenda Fletcher.
He is survived by his wife, Kim; four sons, Kevin Boggs and his wife, Kimberly, Matthew Boggs, Michael Boggs and his fiancé, Julie and Kristopher Boggs, all of Lebanon, Missouri; ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Maurse loved his family so much. His life rotated around his family and friends. He especially enjoyed time spent with his grandchildren. He attended their events and loved being a part of their lives. He made an impact on many lives and will be so very missed.
A memorial has been established and donations may be made through the funeral home.
