Ellen A. Moore (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Ellen Ann Moore, daughter of William and Marian Genevieve Bradford, was born August 17, 1946. She departed this life Monday, October 26, 2020, in Mercy Hospital, in Lebanon, Missouri, at the age of seventy-four years, two months, and nine days.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Ellen is survived by a daughter, Danielle Moore Bobst, of Readlyn, Iowa; a son, Darrin Moore, and his wife, Tiffany, of Jesup, Iowa; six grandchildren, Justin, Jeremy, John Everett, Camrin, Mara, and Nic; a great-grandson, Charlie Everett; a brother, Jim; four sisters, Lynda, Diane, Vickie and Sue; a number of nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
She was raised on a cattle farm near Sumner, Iowa and graduated from Sumner High School. She then attended beauty school, where she made many friends. She was a devoted homemaker to her family and also worked as a real estate agent for a number of years.
Ellen was raised in a church and liked reading her Bible.
In her spare time she enjoyed gardening and doing arts and craft projects. She loved her family dearly and especially enjoyed her grandchildren.
Ellen was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, was a caring friend. We celebrate her life and know that her family and friends will cherish the wonderful memories she created for them during her lifetime.
No services are planned. Arrangements are under the care and direction of the Holman-Howe Funeral Home in Lebanon, Missouri.
