Elmer Arthur Scott (Buffalo)'s Obituary
Elmer Arthur Scott, son of William and Ann Mae Scott was born on September 10, 1938.
He departed this life Sunday December 14, 2025. He is preceded in death by his parents, three brothers William Scott, Jackson Scott, Ralph Scott and four sisters Mary Louise Scott, Velma Margaret Scott, Willa Mae McKinney and Gertrude Lucille Rogers.
Elmer is survived by his wife Michelle Suzanne Scott, his children Kimberly (Paul) Dove' of Halfway, Missouri, Kristel Scott of Springfield, MO and Andrea (Howie) Hall of Shawnee, KS. Brother Jerry (Connie) Scott of Springfield, MO and sister-in-law Joann Scott of Springfield, MO. He is also survived by many grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
Elmer graduated from Strafford High School. He served in the Navy, and he worked and retired at Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad. Elmer enjoyed fast pitch softball, hunting, riding and training horses and farming. He loved spending time with his friends and family.
Elmer's presence will be missed profoundly by all that knew and loved him. Celebration of life will be held at the later determined date. Cremation rites have been entrusted to Cantlon-Otterness & Viets Funeral Home, Buffalo, Missouri
