Emmitt Alan Thornbury (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Emmitt Alan Thornbury, infant son of Christopher and Kristina Vice Thornbury, was born September 18, 2015, in Kansas City, Missouri. He was greeted by the angels later that same morning after sharing an hour with his loving family.
He was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandfather, Joseph Daubert; his paternal great-grandfathers, Ted Thornbury, and Vollie Bartkoski; his paternal great-grandmother, Jewell Thornbury; and an uncle, Daniel Woodard.
Emmitt is survived by his parents, Christopher and Kristina (Vice) Thornbury, currently serving in the United States Air Force and stationed in Wichita, Kansas; a sister, Kierstin Thornbury, of the home; his maternal grandparents, Joe and Danette Woodard, of Lebanon, Missouri; his paternal grandparents, Roger and Brenda Thornbury, of Lebanon, Missouri; his maternal grandmother, Jean Daubert, of Lebanon, Missouri, his maternal great-grandfather, James E. Woodard, of Lebanon, Missouri; his paternal great-grandmother, Bonnie Brandt, of Purdy, Missouri; several aunts, uncles, and cousins; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
His arrival on earth was anticipated with eagerness and great joy and his passing has touched the hearts of all of his family. He will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed by all those who awaited his arrival.
