Like Jill, each of us in the Admire household have a multitude of memories of Errie. He was always "Errie" to us--Jill and Kathy couldn't pronounce his name as toddlers and it stuck.
From memories of mudpies, to swapping fig newtons, to missing cat tails, we have remembered and laughed. We also have shed many tears. Eerie will be sorely missed; he was part of our family. Ervil was such an influence in my life. Most of my childhood memories have Ervil in them. My favorite has to be making dirt cookies with Kathy Jo and "cooking" them on the side of his old orange truck while he cut hay one hot summer day. Ervil always had a hug for me, taught me to drive the tractor, trusted me enough to drive the big Mack loaded with round bales before I could even touch the pedals and was up for letting me tag along when he, Verd, and Dad were working long hot days. I loved Ervil so very much. He will be greatly missed, and cherished in my memories.##imported-begin##Jill Admire##imported-end##
