Eugene Waldren (Camdenton)'s Obituary
Glenn “Eugene” Waldren, 65, of Camdenton, Missouri departed this life on Tuesday, August 21, 2012 at his home after battling cancer for over a year.
Eugene was born December 18, 1946 in Humansville, Missouri to Glenn and Jewell Waldren.
He was saved December 31, 1959, at Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church where he remained a member the rest of his life. It was at this revival that he met his future wife, Patty Pool. They were united in marriage, December 29, 1965 and shared 46 loving years together.
Eugene served his country in the United States Army from 1964-1967, after which he worked as a bricklayer for thirty-four years. His interests were hunting, working with horses and flying his airplane, but most importantly, he loved sharing time with his children and grandchildren.
Survivors include his wife, Patty; two daughters, Sheri Marschke and Michelle Palmer and fiancé Brian Colyer all of Camdenton, Missouri; two sons, Shawnee Waldren and fiancé Dionne Case and children of Grain Valley, Missouri and Bradley Waldren and companion Jennifer Sanders of Camdenton, Missouri; nine grandchildren, Kayla and Kevin Marschke, Nathan and Jace Palmer, Owen and Finley Waldren, Peyton, Taelyn and Audriana Waldren; one brother, Dale Waldren and wife Sandy of Hayti, Missouri; two sisters, Carolyn Wolverton and husband Dean of Macks Creek, Missouri and Connie Harrison of Lebanon, Missouri; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father and mother.
Eugene was a loving husband, father and papa and will be missed by all.
Memorial donations may be made to Hospice Compassus and left at the funeral home.
