Eugenia Frizzell's Obituary
Mrs. Eugenia Louise Frizzell, age 96 of Bolivar, MO passed away at 9:55 P.M. Monday, December 14, 2009 at the Citizens Memorial Healthcare Facility in Bolivar after a lingering illness. She was born in St. Joseph, Illinois on July 4, 1913 the daughter of Eugene Albert Allen Richards and Cleopatra Blanch Clark. She was a retired Surgical Technician in the Medical Profession and had been a resident of Mission Viejo, CA moving to Bolivar about 6 years ago. She was a member of the Antioch Christian Church at Pittsburg. She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Evelyn Zimmer and one brother Madrid Richards. Surviving is her daughter, Mrs. Patsy J. Bales and husband Jim of Pittsburg, MO; 4 Granddaughters, 7 Great Grandchildren and 14 Great Great Grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 17, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. at the Antioch Christian Church at Pittsburg, MO with Rev. Donald R. Hart officiating. Wilma Gibson will be the Organist and Lila Jenkins will be the Soloist. Musical Selections will be In The Garden and Amazing Grace. Burial will be in the Antioch Cemetery at Pittsburg, MO under the direction and care of the Butler Funeral Home of Bolivar. Casketbearers will be Sam Swihart, Mel Jenkins, John Rice, Garland Jenkins, Howard Robison and Gene Holtgrew.
