Her cousin, Levi Shaver; a nephew Jerry Young; as well as a host of other cousins, family members, and many dear friends survive Evea.
Evea was born near Hartville in the Little Creek Community and attended the Little Creek School. After she and Jack were married, they made their home on the farm and she spent most of her life living there.
She had accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior early in her life and attended Little Creek Church when her health allowed for her to do so.
Evea was a hard worker, she enjoyed working outdoors with the cattle, working in her garden, and tending to her flower garden. She also spent time working as a volunteer at the Senior Citizen Center. She loved to travel and had seen forty-nine of the fifty states.
