Everett Deadmond (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Everett Eugene Deadmond, son of John J. and Bonnie Belle Peachy Deadmond, was born August 2, 1923, in Eugene, Oregon. He departed this life Thursday, December 1, 2011, in Christian Health Care South, in Lebanon, Missouri, at the age of eighty-eight years, three months, and twenty-nine days.
On August 8, 1954, he was united in marriage to Mary Kathryn Duckworth, and to this union one daughter was born.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and his wife, Mary.
Everett is survived his daughter, Bonnie Caffey, and her husband, Doyle, of Lebanon, Missouri; a grandson, Darren Caffey, of Lebanon, Missouri; a brother, Martin Deadmond, of Mountain Grove, Missouri; several nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
He was raised in the Guthrie, Oklahoma area. He and Mary moved to Missouri in the mid 1950’s, and lovingly raised their daughter. While living in Springfield, Missouri, Everett worked as a repairman for an automobile body shop. In 1970, the family moved to the Conway area, and Everett worked for Empire Gas Company for several years.
Everett had professed his faith in Christ and was a member of Grace Calvary Church in Lebanon. He loved going to services and enjoyed the fellowship the church offered.
In his spare time he enjoyed visiting with people and spending time with his family.
Everett was a loving father, grandfather, brother, and uncle, and was a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate his life and know that he will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all of his family and many friends.
