Forrest O'Neal (Camdenton)'s Obituary
Forrest LaVerne O’Neal, died Monday peacefully in his home on February 12, 2024, at the age of 74.
He is survived by his wife, Laurie E. O’Neal; daughter, Heather (Jimmy) Pfeffer; sister, Deborah (Stan) Lane; brother, Jack (Janis) O’Neal; stepmother, Evelyn O’Neal; grandchildren, Autumn and Devin Pfeffer; niece, Rosemary Sweeney; nephews, Anthony Bernadino and Adam Lane.
He was preceded in death by his father, Forrest Eldon O’Neal; and his mother, Rose Mary Christian.
Forrest was born October 14, 1949, in St. Joseph, Missouri. Most of his career was spent working as a foreman for Pardee Homes, a contracting company in San Diego, California. He loved to spend his free time going on Harley Rides with his son-in-law, Jimmy and friends.
Upon retirement, Forrest and his wife moved back to the Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri, where he loved to fish, ride his Harley and go to the Elks Club and hang with his buddies.
He will be well remembered for his care and concern of others; he would give you the shirt off his back. He loved to tell jokes and was always the life of the party and known for his perfectly combed hair!
Visitation will be held at Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home on Saturday, February 17, 2024 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm followed by a Celebration of Life at the Elks Lodge in Osage Beach, Missouri.
