Frances J Hendrickson (Bolivar)'s Obituary
Frances Juanita Hendrickson, age 82, of Bolivar, Missouri passed away on Tuesday morning, September 14, 2010 at Parkview Healthcare Facility in Bolivar, Missouri.
She was born January 19, 1928 in Cliguot, Missouri to Frank T. Wilson and Annis Flint.
On February 17, 1946 Frances married Virgil Clarence Hendrickson. To this union one son, Ron Hendrickson was born.
She was a bookkeeper for the Bolivar School System for 30 years prior to her retirement in 1990. She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Bolivar and the Citizen’s Memorial Hospital Auxiliary.
Frances enjoyed her loving family including the grandkids and great grandkids. She loved quilting, dominos, pie making, cooking and farming.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Virgil Hendrckson on July 22, 1998, her son, Ron Hendrickson on April 11, 2002, one brother, Raymond Wilson and her sister, Veda Griffin.
Frances is survived by her daughter-in-law, Marilyn Hendrickson of Bolivar, Missouri, one granddaughter, Kristi Coburn and her husband Eric of Bolivar, Missouri and their daughter, Bailey Proctor, her grandson, Derek Hendrickson and his wife Jennifer, and their children, Molly and Will, four sister-in-laws, Evelyn Bacon of Buffalo, Missouri, Dorothy Bennett of Ojai, California, Anne Hendrickson of Bolivar, Missouri, Joan Wilson of Bolivar, Missouri, a special friend, Norman Hutchison of Bolivar, Missouri, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm, Friday, September 17, 2010 at the Butler Funeral Home in Bolivar, Missouri with Reverend Dan Adkison officiating. Musical selections will be “The Anchor Holds” by Brian Ainley, “Beulah Land” and “It Is Well With My Soul”. Burial will be at Crestview Memorial Gardens in Bolivar, Missouri under the care and direction of the Butler Funeral Home in Bolivar. A visitation will be held from 5-7pm, Thursday evening at the funeral home.
