Frances "Elaine" Masters (Lebanon)'s Obituary
Frances "Elaine" Masters of Webb City, Missouri, formerly of Lebanon, Missouri, passed away Thursday, Dec. 9, 2021 in Webb City Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was 94.
She is survived by two sons, Robert White and his wife, Eileen of Bernice, Oklahoma, Richard White and his wife Terri of Sioux City, Iowa; two daughters, Tina Little and her husband Dave of Anacortes, Washington and Cheryl Silkotch and her husband Steve of Anza, California; as well as a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Private graveside services will be held under the direction of Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Lebanon, Missouri.
