Frank was a valued and loyal employee for twenty-seven years, finally retiring from GTE in September of 1997.
On July 4, 1986, Frank wed Carmen Adene Larimer-Brown, and together they shared thirty loving and happy years. Everyone who knew Frank knew he loved his dogs fiercely. Little Ben and Bandit were never far from his side.
