Frank Davy's Obituary
Frank Allen Davy, son of Allen H. and Vera Viola Smith Davy, was born October 7, 1942, in Lebanon, Missouri. He departed this life Tuesday, January 16, 2007, in Lake Regional Health System, in Osage Beach, Missouri, at the age of sixty-four years, three months, and nine days. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his wife, Sue Davy. Frank is survived by two brothers, Wayne Davy, of Springfield, Missouri, and David Davy, of Lebanon, Missouri; a sister, Mary Lou Brown, of Lebanon, Missouri; several nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and friends. He was born and raised in Lebanon, and lived most of his adult years in the Lebanon area. He had worked in the moving and storage business for several years, and also had been a farm hand. Frank followed the Baptist faith throughout his life. He was a very independent man, who took pride in the fact that he was able to take care of himself. His work was his life, but he did enjoy spending time with his family. Frank will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all of his family and many friends. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 19, 2007, in the Holman-Howe Funeral Home, Lebanon. Burial will be in Mount Rose Memorial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home at their convenience. Services are under the direction of Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Lebanon, Missouri. A memorial has been established and contributions may be made through the funeral home.
