Freda Jennings (Buffalo)'s Obituary
Freda Mae Jennings age 87 of Buffalo, Missouri was born on March 16, 1933 to Claude Boyce “CB” and Mabel Inez (Stepp) Evans and passed away Tuesday, April 21, 2020 in her home.
She was united in marriage to Billy D. Jennings on August 13, 1950 and to the union two children were born. Freda was a member of the Buffalo United Methodist Church. She was a School Bus Driver and worked at St. John’s EMS. She enjoyed cooking for everyone and loved her EMS family.
Freda is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Billy D. Jennings; a daughter-in-law, Lisa Jennings; a son-in-law, Lee Iler; one brother, Carl Lee Evans and a sister, Boyce Eagon. She is survived by a son, Bradley J. Jennings of Buffalo, Missouri and a daughter, Marsha Iler of Buffalo, Missouri; two grandchildren, Amanda Jennings and Dallas Jennings and two great-grandchildren, Avyah and Ashton Jennings of Buffalo, Missouri; and a sister, Gladys Snider of Buffalo, Missouri.
There will be a private family funeral Friday, April 24, 2020 at 2 p.m. with a public graveside service to follow at New Hope Cemetery in Louisburg, Missouri at 3:00 p.m. under the direction of the Cantlon-Otterness & Viets Funeral Home of Buffalo, Missouri.
In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the United Methodist Church.
